                                                                          Interim Executive Director

                                                                          Ms. Aldrete is currently the Director of Corporate Events at UMOS, Inc., a local non-profit in Milwaukee, WI. Ms. Aldrete is currently pursuing her J.D. from Marquette University and received her bachelor’s from Marquette University and her Masters from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She is Criminal Justice instructor at Bryant and Stratton College and worked formerly as a reporter and photographer for ¡Aquí! Milwaukee magazine. Ms. Aldrete is an avid community volunteer working with organizations such as Mexican Fiesta, Council for the Spanish Speaking and Journey House. She is also a member of the Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee (HPGM) organization.

                                                                          Program Manager

                                                                          Ms. Anahí Sánchez comes with a strong background in community organizing.  As the current national co-chair of M.E.Ch.A.(Movimiento Estudiantil Chican@ de Aztlan), she helped mobilize LGBT inclusive dialogue and policies for the organization, as well as coordinate its national conference. Ms. Sánchezwill receive her Bachelors of Arts in Spanish Language, Literature, and Culture from Marquette University.

                                                                          Office and Event Coordinator

                                                                          Chuck Grosz joined Cream City Foundation in the summer of 2010.  Prior to joining Cream City Foundation, Mr. Grosz served as program coordinator for the Milwaukee Jewish Federation. A graduate of UW-Milwaukee and the American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz, Austria, Mr. Grosz is also a contributing writer to the Shepherd Express and serves as the principal bass of the Woodstock Mozart Festival Orchestra, Waukesha, Racine and Kenosha Symphonies, and the Bel Canto Chamber Orchestra.  He has lived and worked in Europe and the Middle East for nearly 20 years, performing with several leading orchestras. He is the former Board President to the Milwaukee Gay Arts Center.
