Cream City Foundation (CCF) is a 501(c)3 public foundation serving as a catalyst for social change in Southeastern Wisconsin by providing grants to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) programs and organizations.

Cream City Foundation believes philanthropy can have an immense influence on creating long-lasting social change in our communities - including the elimination of homophobia and gender identity discrimination.  CCF focuses on creating change by looking at an intersectional model that evaluates issues as they relate to race, gender, poverty, and sexuality. Through this lens, we are able to strategically create social change.  We invest with our grantee partners to change attitudes and institutions such that they cease to perpetuate the problems we work to alleviate.  We call this structural change philanthropy, and we work  closely with our grantees and other local and national funders to promote it.

With nearly a million dollars in the endowment and Donor Advised Funds, Cream City Foundation grants an average of $130,000 per year in unrestricted and restricted Donor Advised Funds annually to organizations and projects that are working to improve the quality of life for LGBT people.
